Water based Airbrush foundation (OCC Airbrush), is totally matte and comes off with water. It is not waterproof. If it does become wet thru crying or sweating, you run the risk of streaking. . If the airbrush makeup gets wet and leaves a streak, there is nothing that can be done to blend it. Even airbrushing over the area will not blend the streak. It is great for a complete matte finish for indoor photo shoots, and not for special event makeup.
